Boat ride

Mom,Dad and Debbie are at the State Moose convention this week-end. It is very quiet around here.

Sam and I took Mick and Randy on a boat ride and we got a bunch of Air plants too

Easter diner on the creek, Billy,Jen and the girls came up and some of the neighbors came also. 

 

Sam's Birthday party

I got Sam this year. It was his 65th Birthday and I had a fish fry with LOTS of help and work from Mom and Dad.
   He had no idea and when people started showing up I had to tell him so he could at least get ready LOL There was about 40 people here and we had a fish fry. Love his heart he had such a good time and said it was the best birthday sence he was about 8.

Winter carnival in the Park

this week they are having a winter carnival in the park with lots of stuff every day but the big thing is Saturday and I will be at my craft show. today I will be doing the poker run LOL  with the bike but you can walk or take the golf carts too. yesterday they have horseshoe tournament and a shuffle board one too. They have a WII bowling tournament, corn hole tournament, Bingo and lots of other things too.
  It is raining today so not sure what I can get done but hope I get the new Stencils I ordered last week today so I can make some new ones. 

I bought some glass markers and hope to do some free hand stuff.

More work on the patio

Sam and I spent the day building a display for the wind-chimes

When we got that done I got him to put up the signs I have done... I love it !!!! Now I have 4 more days to get ready for the show and  one of my neighbors came by and bought 3 from me  and now it puts me even further behind.

Back to drilling and sanding ;)

Corn plant blooms

COLD !!!!!!!

It was so cold last night. we had to cover ALL plants or bring them in. Down to 31 for 2 hours and that is colder then it has been in a long time here. Any way life goes on. better here then most places. Kylie came and stayed the night with us while her mom and dad went to see Luke Bryan. We had a blast but sure wish it would be warm some time when she is here. We made a mosaic starfish and it turned out great !!!
