Day 128 of 365

Well its Friday and I cooked lots to take to WV tomorrow.I made brownies and angle food cake. I cooked a rib roast and it was great too. We still are under a flood warning and there were lots of tornado warnings today too. I noticed a new flowering tree on the mountain and have been tiring to figure out what it is. What do you think it is ????

day 125, 126, 127

Saturday drove to WV. We had a great dinner at the Lighthouse and I think it was the best feliet I have every ate. Sam said the carrots tasted like sweet potatoes.. He love them too. It is a old house right through a tunnel that was made into a restaurant. we stopped at the moose and then the VFW.

Sunday Off to the clinic to get the test run. We did not like the way the tech. looked at the EKG !! She then asked so you have had a Heart attack before right ?? No ... well I'm staying tell Tuesday to see the Dr. with him now for sure.. Sam had to fast so we were starved. Golden Coral was just the thing we needed. Stopped at the Moose then the VFW again.. LOL


Monday I look a walk down the river and to the post Office. did all the shopping and laundry too.
we went to the VFW.

Tuesday..
went to the Dr. got the info and she is sending him to see a cardiologist next week. We stopped at the VFW again.. LOL we won $500.00 on a drawing from the day before..

Wen. Drove home with a hangover and bad headake !!!! went to bed !!!

Today I tilled the garden and the strawberry patch too. Josh mowed the yard. It looks so nice now.

The birds are getting there colors back..
Look how fast Flower beds have have grown in 1 month. these were 4/1





I have spent the day scrapping and cooking. I'm grilling Pork chops to take to Sam for his diner this week and I made Bean Golosh and corn bread too. I think I will make a small pineapple upside down cake tonight. 2 of the Azalea's are in fool bloom but the other 2 are not.

I took a trip to Somerset Ky. to day and it took all day I'm Tired and sore too.
I almost had a head on collision on the way back and I am still shaken up. If the shoulder was not as side I would have sideswiped it. It just was not a good day. I think he fell asleep and the rumble strip woke him up... It was raining all day and my car is very dirty. The garden has jumped with the rain we got though. It is going to rain for the Ky. Derby too. Bummer.

Great day today I had a visit from 3 of the grands in one day. Will wright more tomorrow.

I had a nice day today and tilled the garden worked on the puter for 4 hours with tech. support and still have not got the virus out. there to call me back in the AM. So if I don't post in a few days you know why. I had a dinner tonight at the nursing home for all the city volunteers. All the homemakers that do Bingo were there.
