I found a recipe for Baileys !! Yum

I'm not to sure but I do have a similar recipe, and you cannot taste the difference! 300ml of cream. 1.tin of sweetened condensed milk. 1. cup of whiskey or add to taste! 1. bottle of chocolate topping. 2. egg whites. And a drop of coconut essence. Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until combined. then pour into bottles and refrigerate until using. If you wish to thin it down a bit, just add more milk. Easy!

Well the yard sell went well and I got sun burnt. Sam and I have been going threw all our cloths still.
I hope to be ready when Sam decides to give me a date !!!!  lol


Taco Seasoning:

1/2 cup chili powder
1/4 cup onion powder
1/8 cup ground cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon sea salt
Put ingredients into a jar and shake.

Dry Onion Soup Mix:
2/3 cup dried, minced onion
3 teaspoons parsley flakes
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons turmeric
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Mix all ingredients in a jar, then give the jar a good shake. I’d recommend shaking the jar to mix the ingredients well before each use.
Use 4 tablespoons in a recipe in place of 1 packet of onion soup mix. Store this in a dry, cool place.

Ranch:
5 tablespoons dried minced onions
7 teaspoons parsley flakes
4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix together and store in an air tight container.
For dressing: Mix 2 tablespoons dry mix with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup buttermilk or sour cream.
For dip: Mix 2 tablespoons dry mix with 2 cups sour cream.
Mix up a few hours before serving, so the flavors all blend.

I have too much stuff

I have spent the past 2 days going threw stuff. My house looks like a bomb went off in it. LOL
I just do not know how much room I have of what I can take or what to get rid of. I'm going crazy :(
I'm going to try to have a yard sale this week end but there is a 50% chance of rain on Saturday and  the next week end is Easter :( ... BUT I'm getting there

It is getting green :)

We went to diner  and got some good photos today. we went to Winchester and fallowed one of Sam's friends home. he did not know  it was us and was very surprised  LOL

 The Forsythia and Bradford pairs  are in bloom

 It was storming but the sun came out on the way home

I think I need to start just doing a weekly review and if I get  in extras it will be a bonus. :)
Sams feet a a little better. His med's might be the problem. We have not done a whole lot but watch tv and talk this week. But I think we have a plan. we will be in Florida by June 3 I think. We have to give them a 30 day notice here and I have to figure out what to do with all this stuff and what can I take. I think we will put what we keep but don't take with us in the storage locker we bought after the storm. my big problem right now is the piano. I still want to drive down there after sam's heart test on the 26th and leave one of the cars and fly back but have not booked a flight yet. We still have not heard from the hall as to what he will be drawing if he retires yet hope to get the info on Monday. I'm just packing and hoping for good weather so I can have some yard sales soon !!    We took a drive  and here are some spring shots. It is still pretty brown here lol
