Busy day

I got the car unloaded today and wow I really got some cool craft stuff. I got lot's of the little kits for when the grands come to make stuff. and a BOYS and BABY board albums.. there so cool.. any way I had to to laundry and clean the fridge so I did not get time to play yet. I did work on some new layouts with the new designer that just added me to here creative team. I will show you all tomorrow. I cant believe how fast the stuff is starting to bloom ... Look at the hydrangea's..

The 27th to the 30th

I got back home Monday March 30^th

I left about 9am and shopped on the way home. I got back about 2:30 today. I got the flower arrangements done, I like it. Simple but elegant too.

Sunday 29^th

Sam took me to breakfast then we got the laundry done. After that we took a drive and went to the moose Lodge. I even won $50.00 and we watched the race.. Sam's man won too. We saw some old friends from the last time Sam worked at that plant too. Came home and enjoyed the time together alone !!!!

Saturday 28^th

Sam was still not feeling well and slept in. we went to breakfast took a drive it was still foggyWe came home and I grilled stakes.

Friday 27^th

Sam went to work and I went Shopping. I went to Huntington WV and meet Deanna. I got some new boots and some Victoria Secrets stuff and even some Old Navy flip flops. We went to the Chinese buffet. Got stuffed and I drove back to New Haven just in time to cook dinner.

Road Trip !!!!!

Sam called and asked me to come up to W/V. for the week end. His roommate went home this morning because they got rained out and don't know if they will work tomorrow. So when the rain slows up I will be heading out. It is about 3 hours drive. !!! I will not have internet but will take lot's of photos.... There is even a Moose Lodge there. I know I need to get out more often !!! LMAO... Have a great weekend and BB Monday !!

I didn't do much today but lay in the sun and scrap. So T took a walk around the yard and took some shots. I hope your day was as good as mine !!!!

Monday

Well Sam was off to work and Josh in school. It was a beautiful day so I decided to work on the porch. I got the pressure washer out and it works great. look at the cement I even wrote my name in it, LOL









I got it done and even set up the karaoke machine out there so I can listen to music. I still need to get the kids toys cleaned up but it's about it and its done.

Day 81 of 365

Today I got the tool box out of the house and in the garage FINALLY... We got in 1 year ago Christmas. It was in the dining room for a while the in the laundry room. I set up the karaoke machine there in its place. Sam is better and of to work, Josh is gone to church so that leaves me the time to blog and scrap. I was asked to be on one more creative team. this will have to be the last one I have to do at least 10 pages a month now as it is. Well the free kits keep me doing it and I do love to scrap...

I was invited to join a new Creative Team. It is for the sweetest lady Mellisa Toy from fairytale studio scraps. She is on one of the other teams I CT for too. So that means lots more pages and free kits.. I love to work with her stuff too.
Sam is feeling better today and josh is mowing the yard. I think it might be spring finally. I have finished the guest bath for now..

Thursday

Today I worked on the laundry room. Sam is sick and I hurt my leg jumping of the washer.

Wednesday Day

Well I stared the day with a meeting of the Uptown girls. It was a short meeting and then we all went to Ponderosa for lunch. After that we went Antic shopping in Paintsville. When I got home I tried out the new pressure washer then Josh ans I went to the Revival at Church WOW the food was great ans so was the music and a great speaker from Tenn. But we did not hold that against him !!! LOL What a super day it was...

St. Patrick's Day

The Uptown Girls from the Homemakers were guest's at the nursing home today with the Vet's and other community supporters. It was a good breakfast too. I brought hats and we all had good fellowship. Then I went to Paintsville to pickup the pressure washer. Josh and I got it all ready to use tomarrow and I think it is going to gCTDAT9EE6UP7JM68

Monday

Well It rained all day today. I went to
the extension office and Amanda helped me do the Instructions for the nest class I'm teaching. Thanks Amanda and Joanna

I hung up the new drapes in the dining room, I love them. All I need now is Sam home long enought to put the corner round down and these two rooms will be done.


Josh is making a cake to take to the Revival at church tonight. He make a great one to from "Scratch".. when every he says he made it they always thinks I made it for him.. It is funny but he is a super cook...

It' saterday and I have no photo

Sam Came home and we ate a great dinner. I cooked stake baked potatoes and a salad with garlic bread, LOL That's enough Sam is home and goes back tomorrow afternoon. Good night and you all have a great week end,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Look who came to see me !!!

Leann and Mason stopped by today for the afternoon to visit. He is getting so big.. He is walking more now. He takes his bg truck and runs around the house.
I think my flower arangment is growing on me kmow I like it more today..
BTW Sam called tonight and said he is working tomorrow so he will not be home tell Saterday night and goes back Sunday afternoon.. :(

I dont like the far wall yet I think it needs another small photo to there.. any suggestions ??

I can't belive how much snow we got last night. I guess I should have brought in the 5 gallon bucket of paint. I hope it did not hurt it.....

Thursday day 68 of 365

Well it is spring ?? I have a sunburn and its snowing again !!!!! March is so unpredictable. I got my painting framed and worked on my flower arrangement... LOL it sure need some help. I'm not liking it yet. I will keep moving stuff tell I get it where I like it..
Sam comes home tomorrow !!! Yes, I miss him. :)

Day 67 of 365 Wen.

Well it was a busy day today. I did BINGO at the nursing home with the homemakers then went shopping for the last stuff to finish the dinning room and the "DEN" as Sam calls it.. I sure miss him.
I got a huge frame for one of my paintings from a local artist Tom Whitaker check him out here



Whitaker's work has been exhibited in numerous shows and galleries. People collect his work from all walks of life and by people from all around the world. People appreciate the work not only because it is pretty, but also because it has a sensitivity and realness. He is a HOOT too.
He loves to where funky old hats and at times he will get up in church or any where and start singing and he plays a great guitar also.

I also got some flowers to make a SPRING arrangement.. Yesterday was so nice here I even got some sun but it is going to freez again tonight.. O well it is March.. so I will try to put it together tomorrow.. I think I will put it in my pickle crock but now sure yet.

Tuesday Day 66 ?? of 365

What a great day !! Josh and I went to the Red River Gorge. We found 3 geocashe's and the views were to die for. Yes I was scared most the time but it was beautiful. the longest hike we took was 1.4 mile up and down the mountains.
When we cam home we finished painting the dinning room and the kitchen is done too.

Why Wait to spring clean

Sam has gone back to work and I'm in the mood to redo the house. Spring cleaning and all !!!!
I better take advantage of the mood because it does not come very often anymore. I'm painting the paneling in the what ever you call this room LOL It will brighten it up so much.. .

7 Signs of Spring in Ky

What a great day in Kentucky we had. it was 80 outside today. We found lots of stuff to do outside too. I love the worm weather.. The land just comes alive. I know it will still freeze a few more time this spring but we can get out a little more...
Time to paint !!!

My Daffodils are in bloom. Here in Ky they are called Easter Lilly's.LOL
Hmm I will have to edit this when I remember what this is .... I think its lamb's ear but not sure..
The tulips are up..
And my Lilacs are budding...
The grill gets a good cleaning...
My garden gets turned too...
