New Toys

We went to Sears and picked up Sam's saw. He took me to the buffet for lunch and then we went to Lowes. Well we got the rest of the stuff to do the floors. I got my new Dremell and even the attachment to do the grout.. Wow this winter is going to be long. when we get the wood floor done I'm going to start on the kitchen grout !! It is old and missing in spots. Maybe by our anniversary the inside of the house will be done and we can start on the roof and eves..

Monday 16th

well I did not do much today. It was too cold to work on the floor. I made a Apple pie and worked on some more book marks for a designer and even made her a freebie to give away. Deanna came and got our old stereo. I love having the room in the dining room. :)

I got a day to scrap

I rested and relaxed all day and even did a Hybrid project....
Sam and Josh did some trim work on the floor but we are going to watch the Race. Billy is at Daytona 500 today with fatty. maybe we will see him on T.V. LOL
I made these book marks for a friend that I took photos at her sons Birthday party. I hope she likes them.
I just wanted to share this story. We talked to Jen last night and they get the keys to there new house Wen. YEA !!! She also said Alyssa asked if she could get her stuff out of the back yard to move to the new house. Jen never gave it another thought until she saw the back yard. She said there was a RUT a long, deep and big hole. She was covered in dirt. Of coarse I ask and she did not get any photos ,she was to mad about the yard. Did she find the Time Capsule No .. What is in it ?? Don't know. Jen said she thinks she just buried stuff all over the yard.

Valentines Day 14th

Valentines Day
We got started early .
Josh, Sam and I got it done today. the wood is all down and the tile is too. We will work on the trim and all next .... I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!
There is still lots to do and clean up. I love the tile at the door so we can get are shoes off before going onto the wood floor.

Friday the 13 th

Well today we filled in the hole with concrete and patched where the tile will go. I'm so sore from scrapping the floor but tomorrow we will lay it.I think we will get it all done but the trim.

The kitchen is done. well we need to do the trim still. Now the other floor is only just beginning.....

O.K. so we broke it up and tomorrow Sam will fill it in with new cement...

Enough for now I need to scrap... I'm wore out !!!!

Day of rest

Sam and I both were sore today so we did not get any flooring done. We watched some movies and I took another test for MRC.
After last week taking the wrong class and failing it I was discouraged. Well as you can see I passed it this time.

More Floor

I will be glad when it is done. I love it. 5 more inches and then the trim. One room down one to go. Sam likes it so well he is talking about doing it in the living room. But we both are suprised how easy it is to go down.
